If you have noticed the large construction site at the corner of Old North Road and South Pine Road, that is the future home of Anaconda’s new Adventure HQ.
Work has been underway for some time now and the project is progressing toward its planned mid 2026 opening.
This ninety-two-million-dollar development by the Spotlight Group is expected to be the largest outdoor store in the Southern Hemisphere. Along with a flagship Anaconda store, the site will include a gym, a café and other national retailers such as Spotlight and Harris Scarfe Home.
The Adventure HQ is being designed as an experience, not just a store. Planned features include an indoor barramundi fishing tank, fishing simulators, a cold room for trying on ski gear and displays of boats. It is being built as a destination for anyone who loves camping, fishing, boating or outdoor exploration.
