Country Club Hotel Update

The long-awaited Country Club Hotel is now well under construction at 90 Gympie Rd, opposite Pine Rivers Park, and is on track to open in 2026.

This $50 million mega-venue from the Comiskey Group will bring a whole new kind of destination to the Moreton Bay region. Plans include indoor and outdoor dining, bars, a beer garden, a gaming room and plenty of entertainment for all ages. There will be bowling lanes, pickleball courts, virtual baseball simulators, karaoke rooms, half-sized basketball courts and more, plus live music on the outdoor stage.

Right now you can see the progress from above in our drone footage, the main building is under construction after the site was raised to mitigate flooding which is frequent after heavy rain on the site.

This development isn’t just a venue. It’s a sign of growth, investment and opportunity right next door to Brendale.
